In the Cook Islands there is no issues with women being involve with Environmental Data. We here at the National Environment Service have a very balanced gender team right across the board both staff and management roles.

I am not aware of any specific data regarding women's involvement in environmental data.
However, in Solomon Islands women are more affected in regards to climate change issues more than the men.
